Rayna, RDH
Rayna earned her Hygiene Degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls in 1985.
She has been practicing dental hygiene for 35 years and caring for our patients since 2012. She has built wonderful relationships with our patients and has seen them grow!
You will appreciate Rayna's detailed care and incredible personality.
Rayna is happily married and is a mother to two grown children.
Outside of the office, Rayna enjoys traveling with her husband and loving on her children and grandchildren.
Chesney, RDH
Chesney is a West Texas native and a graduate of the Texas Tech University Agricultural Department. She received her Dental Hygiene degree at Tarrant County College and established her roots in the Fort Worth community. Chesney has been involved in the dental field for 6 years and strives to provide thorough care to the patients she treats. Chesney focuses on building relationships with her patients to help them achieve their dental hygiene goals. When not at the office, Chesney enjoys baking bread and painting. She also enjoys spending time and caring for her geriatric dog, Daisy.
Brittany - Practice Administrator

Whether you're calling or stepping into our office for the first time, you will likely be greeted by Brittany!
​She began her dental career as a clinical assistant to both Dr. Lee and Dr. Pylant. As a dedicated dental professional, her skill for organization, efficiency, and attention to detail encouraged a transition to expand her roles and capacities at our practice.
Brittany ensures our office runs smoothly both clinically and administratively. We are so thankful for her! Brittany ensures both our patients and referring doctors receive detailed information regarding patient care as well as next steps. ​​
Brittany values and pursues quality continuing education regarding administrative protocols and clinical skills.
Outside of the office, Brittany and her husband enjoy spending working on DIY projects, restoring furniture pieces into masterpieces and caring for their 4 fur babies (a dog and 3 cats).
Gaby, RDA
Gaby received her Dental Assisting Certification from Tarrant Community College and in 2025 she joined our team. Gaby was the piece of the puzzle we didn't know our team was missing! ​

As a clinical assistant to Dr. Pylant, she works closely with our patients. Gaby is gifted in connecting with people. She seamlessly puts our patients at ease and helps them enjoy their time at the office. ​​​

Gaby's wonderful attention to detail allows for treatments to run smoothly alongside Dr. Pylant.
Gaby has a passion for dentistry and intends to further her studies in the dental field - either as dental hygienist or a future dentist!

Outside of the office, Gaby enjoys spending time with her husband and little daschund, Howie.
